Summary: The home was beautiful, clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The mountain views were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach towels and equipment were very nice to have available. However, the location is terrible. The actual subdivision is nice and safe because it is gated, but it is in a bad part of town. The homeless population was very large in the area. We had to drive to much farther beaches because of it. Most of the things you are going to want to see or do on Oahu are at least 45 minutes to 1 and 1/2 hours away from the house and traffic is terrible. If you can splurge and stay closer to Honululu, or the polynesian cultural center or the dole plantion, your trip will be much less stressful with a lot less commuting. The check in process wasn't great, but when we had some issues we messaged and the property managers were fast and responsive which we appreciated. Overal it was a very nice stay, but not an excellent one.
